Are you good enough shape that you could run half marathon just like that? Without much of (extra)training?

I prefer that Karhu (= Bear) brand for jogging/running. But most of sport clothes comes from skating world:

    Bit like these:
    Jacket:

    Leggings:

Over all I prefer brands: Haglöfs (SWE), Fjällräven (NOR), Halti (FIN). But those are more like hiking etc. active outdoor life clothes. Not so much for pure running.

I wouldn't risk running a marathon, not even half - I love my knees.
On a bicycle, my walk is sometimes close to a marathon distance. But usually 50-60% of it.

    Wise man.

4 years ago I wanted to test that (run half marathon) and I made a plan to go Stockholm (Stockholm Marathon is late spring time = excellent weather). My dad said that he could come too (maybe he was worry about me). Ok, as I did not want to lose him, I simply trained too hard and got shin splints . I was not able to participate, but I noticed that running that much is not very difficult if you are good enough basic conditions.

I don’t even own a pair of shoes anymore, just a pair of these, which seem to last for years and years:

When I lived in Lord Howe Island – I did not own any footwear.
The soles of my feet became like shoes.

    Anyone knows this brand (Danish)?

    I might test their products.

Not shoes but clothes. Just as those are not badly priced. And as living close to Denmark now, those are well available here.
