Unlike you i understand Russian and Ukrainian and follow sources on the ground. Ukrainians have 5-10x more casualties but they repost hundreds of old pictures, write Z on destroyed ukrainian vehicles or even claim their own killed soldiers as "killed russian invaders". Also the Ukrainian army is close to getting encircled in Donbass in 2 weeks and this could be a gigantic catastrophe. The Donbass group had 75000 soldiers before the war. Here is the main focus of the Russian army. Other fronts except Kiev+Kharkov are rather quite and had no intense fights the last week.

Oh yeah, Ukrainians post old pictures from Donbass, paint Z on the vehicles, use actors, Russia has no conscripts in the army etc. Nobody believes this bullshit anymore, come up with something better.

That is pretty ridiculous and i really hope nobody takes this seriously. Russians have air superiority, started hundreds of missile attacks on army bases/airports, better equipment, contract soldiers and are still on the offensive. If this rate would be real Ukrainians would be on the offensive because they actually outnumber Russians on most fronts, especially in Kiev. Also many if not most battles were not yet in urban area where Ukrainians definitely would perform much better than on the open field.

Rather Ukrainians post their own destroyed vehicles; post old pictures from other conflicts or repost the same vehicle multiple times ( I follow Ukrainian and Russian sources on the ground). Also unlike Ukrainian soldiers Russian troops are not allowed to have sims there. So most of the visual evidence for destroyed Ukrainian equipment comes from the separatists or official Russian state TV. This is not just a physical war it is a propaganda war (especially by the West) and inflating enemy casualties is central for the survival of Ukrainian morale. Ukrainians have huge casualties and because of that the government is giving weapons to everyone and even setting free convicted war criminals.
