The computer repair man said that he's received many death threats and his life has been "destroyed" as a result of his discoveries on Hunter Biden's laptop - which the FBI and Biden administration tried to claim was "Russian disinformation."

Joe Biden also has a long history of corruption in Ukraine that he wants to cover-up - starting with the Burisma scandal - of which Biden is on video camera bragging how he got a Ukrainian prosecutor fired for investigating his son's corruption. (Burisma is a Ukrainian energy company of which Hunter Biden was a director.)

Ukraine is clearly not an independent nation, and they lost their sovereignty to the US when Victoria Nuland instigated the 2014 Maidan coup. A lot of the sons of US neocons took over Ukrainian energy companies since the coup.

Then there's the child traffiking and organ harvesting corruption scandals in Ukraine - that's also linked to Biden.

Biden was also secretly recorded during a phonecall to Ukraine while Trump was the president. In that phonecall, he sounded nervous and asked for discretion of his financial transactions in Ukraine, as he was worried that Trump would discover the records of his long history of corruption in Ukraine.

Nearly every corruption scandal involving Hunter and Joe Biden is linked to Ukraine, including the funding receipts of Soros and the Pentagon and Hunter Biden for the 46 US biolabs in Ukraine.

And there would have been a lot more money laundering in Ukraine since Biden stole the last election after lying and misleading people that his son's laptop was "Russian disinformation."

Also it's blatantly obvious that Biden is the Nord Stream bomber and is responsible for the terrorist attack upon Germany's critical infrastructure that was the biggest ever environmental terrorist attack and has destroyed European economies and livelihoods. Biden is on video camera threatening to destroy the pipeline beforehand, and refused to answer questions about the terrorist attack afterwards.

Acceptable rates are between 80-120 rub per 1$. It makes no sense to compare or say which exchange rate is higher or lower. Trade has reduced considerably in the Euro zone and the Ruble/Yuan exchange rate is more important for Russia.
