As usual, you write strange things outside of reality. If one of the main problems in the country is demographic, then what is the point of removing people from everyday life and the economy when it can be done at the expense of prisoners and give them the opportunity to prove themselves and make a career.

Russia has 144 million inhabitants, a number similar to the US in 1960, which killed 60,000 in the Vietnam conflict.

Ukrainians had no doubts at all before releasing sadists and rapists from prisons for the needs of the front.

A lot of bullshit. The Russians in the Kharkiv area were outnumbered 8 to 1 by the Ukrainian and NATO fighters, it was sensible to retreat to beyond the river where it could be better defended. They were not "decimated", but retreated without many casualties. But feel free to believe all the lying propaganda you want.
