The CIA will replace Zelensky when it is time. But the new government might not be much different.

Zelensky is very well paid to fight Russia (like Saakashvili was in Georgia),
Zelensky is renowned for his offshore accounts and villas in multiple countries.

His bodyguards are foreign though, something bad can happen at any time. And it will be blamed on Russia of course.

As for the CIA, they will try until they can't anymore. They're not almighty, especially not in this part of Europe, on Russia's doorstep. They will ultimately fail with regards to Russia.

That's very optimistic, from the Russian perspective.
I think that Western Ukraine will become/already is a permanent US client state, even more so than Israel.
Ukraine is owned by the West, forever in debt to the West, this will not change even as Ukraine inevitably loses.

The CIA calls the shots. Whenever Director Burns visits, something big happens inside the Ukrainian regime.
The CIA only has power inside its own client states and vulnerable democracies, not so much in hardened states like Russia.

Ukraine is more fundamental to the US permanent regime and political elite than Israel is!

There will be a Russian victory and more territory taken and some peace, but the conflict will be forever frozen,
at best like North and South Korea.

Novorossiya/East Ukraine will become a human shield/buffer state for southern Russia, like Belarus is for central Russia.

There will always be an anti-Russian government in Banderistan/West Ukraine,
these people are trained to hate Russia for many generations.
How hostile they will be to East Ukraine in the future will depend on what directions they receive from the US or NATO.

It’s reckless, if not insane, to deploy an open-top, unarmored all-terrain vehicle—in essence, a heavy-duty golf cart—in combat just a quarter mile from the front line.

But two years into Russia’s wider war on Ukraine, Russian commanders are at least reckless if not not insane. Apparently this weekend, a Russian unit—possibly the 488th Motor Rifle Regiment—attacked positions held by the Ukrainian 60th Mechanized Brigade in Yampolivka, in eastern Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast.

A Russian column including what appeared to be MT-LB armored tractors and at least one T-90 tank motored west toward Yampolivka. That itself wasn’t unusual. What was unusual was what else was in the assault group.

Several Desertcross 1000-3 ATVs. The Chinese-made Desertcross is an 85-horsepower ATV. It’s the kind of thing you’d find at a construction site or on a farm. It’s not the kind of thing you’d ride into battle, as it lacks armor and weaponry.
