MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. Ukrainian nationalists set up firing positions in the residential areas of Kramatorsk, residents are forbidden to leave their homes, they are used as human shields, Russian National Defense Control Center head Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev stated on Saturday.
"Ukrainian nationalists have set up firing positions, deployed armored vehicles, artillery pieces and MLRS in Kramatorsk in the Donetsk People's Republic, in densely populated residential areas, from where they systematically shell nearby settlements, provoking return fire from units of the Russian Armed Forces and the People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic," he said.
According to Mizintsev, the military forbids civilians from leaving their homes, using them as human shields. Nationalists also use educational institutions in Yasnaya Polyana of the Donetsk People's Republic and Guty, Kharkov region, as strongholds, he added.

We already discussed it here, me and few other people don't even have TV set at home. But generally Russian official propaganda is boring, not effective and always outdated. The informational war is maintained by enthusiasts, bloggers, stringers much better than by the state. This one you pasted is for target audience made of 60+ people.

You're absolutely right. I think Russia really lacks in the information war, they are way behind the West in that, unfortunately. But of course the West pretends that Russian propaganda is so dangerous and everywhere. They are lying, of course, and labels everything "Russian propaganda" that goes against their narratives or exposes the truth about their lies.

My relatives contacted familiar people from "occupied" Kherson. Majority of people in city are on Russian side because now they have higher wages and higher pensions, everyone there is waiting for referendum to join Russia.
