You can't just gather reservists and drop them into the action. Whole process needs like 1-1,5 months. Today, my former colleague, who served as a private in the intercontinental missile forces, became a cook in the rear, far from frontline It normally looks like they don't drop random people to the frontline and have no such intention.

US military analyst says Russia will overrun Ukraine this coming winter with 1.2m reservists and Ukraine to lose independence to end the war.

And many other analyst said the war is already lost for russia. That a millions of untrained soldiers without weapons, proper management and winter equipment can just end in a catastrophe.
I tend to beleive this version.
