Ukraine is a kingdom of corruption never seen even in Russia (which is enough corrupted). Lots of people earn millions of $$$ through this war, but the most important is that it goes down to the lowest levels of society, millions of people are involved in some bigger or smaller schemes. You can see everything, from humanitarian food aid to drones and helmets being resold by everyone, from individuals on the internet to highest ranks of state. You can see humanitarian aid being resold in chain supermarkets. It's just a small example, Ukraine is a state where everything is sold, bought and resold ten times, some things exist just on paper, it's a lunacy.
