Wow, thanks for this info! I'd say that for me such countries are Italy, Greece and maybe France ( Paris ). And also depends on what cultural heritage is - architecture, art, or something else. That heritage theme is interesting for me, and this semester I attended an art history class; I decided to go there to learn something new.
