Should Northern and Western European countries stop donating money to Eastern EU members?

1) I'm tired of being told that there's economic progress in my country only because EU funds boost our economy. It's so humiliating. I'd rather live in a slightly poorer country than in a country that's seen as a leech.
2) Western / Northern European people use the EU funds to threaten eastern members if the eastern members are "misbehaving". ("Hurr durr I gave you this and that amount of money in the last 5 years so now you must accept 5,000 African and Afghan refugees every year, you must have the same policies as me!!", "No refugee acceptance? No money!")
3) Northern/Western EU countries donating to eastern members opens the door to donating money to other unproductive or less productive regions like Africa on the basis of some weird egalitarian ideas. Western Europeans should keep the money they worked hard for instead of donating it everywhere else.

Don't know but whole junk that west doesn't need comes to us. Especially the food I see in stores. Imagine I live 5 mins from Austrian border and when I go there the quality of food in the same exact store is 5x better with much better variation!

It is about western leaders, who are delusional people. They are in power because have earned the support of stupidest people, who believe even simplest propaganda. And because those leaders, being backed by morons, don't need to argue anything their greed of power increases to an extent that they believe to be infallible. A good example is the. PM of Canada, but because I don't want to accuse foreign leaders, here is an example, a videoclip, where our social democratic leader blows up after another politician says that the Northstream 2 is a dangerous project because Europe (due to the German leadership) becomes vulnerable for the Russian energy. He has no reason to support Germany, he is only brainwashed. Brainwashed because stupid people support stupid leaders. The clip is only 2 years old.

Yeah it's slowing down after a growth spurt (Truman 50's) but even at this level, their population rise is still exponential with a 5:1 ratio. Developpement is something that must be approved through time, painfully and slowly on many levels. What are the 2 billions of Africans going to do without solid infrastructures, food and stable governements once they reach that in 30 years, because we keep dropping food from the sky like in a zoo? Eat each others? The whole thing is a time bomb.

Giving someone money is a way of having control over that "someone".

If they stop providing money to that "someone", that "someone" would find a way to find it on their own (and being self-sufficient they would choose their own decisions freely) or they would receive money from another external source different from the first (they would become dependent on others).

If someone ceases to be dependent on us, they can become dependent on a rival of ours, so unless they run out of money, they will maintain that dependency that ensures some control over them.
