The political, economic, social, etc. decisions right now, although supposedly consensual, are marked by Berlin and Paris for the most part (and generally coinciding with USA).

If these political decisions came from Russia, even though each country maintained a relative independence, what would Europe be like?

If we were under Russia, we would soon be in 50 years economically like Western Asian/Latin countries. We have seen in history what can a country controlled by Russians achieve = Nothing.
