The fake news part is the "civilian" part, although she appears to have been injured in civilian clothes, unclear whether she was armed or not.
However, if the Ukrainian government is literally encouraging and signing up civilians to fight without any sort of uniform(similar reason why I don't have much sympathy for Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghani civilians), what are you supposed to do? Pretty sure a country arming and letting civilians fight without a uniform is even against some international convention.
Anyway, the first pic of the girl might not even be the same person(although they both do look like aliens, very Ost), and I've seen way too much photoshopped bullshit to believe everything without getting it from a legitimate source first(even if said "legitimate" sources straight up lie or mislead on a lot of things)
