Originally I thought she would be (even) more ? arvanite-like due to the migratory history of the surrounding area (eastern Elis, western Arcadia) like his non biological maternal grandfather from Achaia yet her results show a possible additional/preserved amount of Eastern Arcadia-like signal that further inland ? I think ?

She's from Elis, right on the borders with the Gortynia municipality of Arcadia.
Her village is called Aspra Spitia.

There was a mention on the history of the village on a now defunct blog...
Basically it boils down to a mix of migrants from the nearby area of the modern day Gortynia municipality of Arcadia with some local Elis people and some migrants from other areas of Greece.
