I've never had an over easy egg or medium... I'm too scared of getting food poisoning. I dont know if my fear is justified or not. I see ppl eat runny eggs all the time without any repercussions.

Same here. It’s all psychological I think lol. But runny yolk grosses me out.

I want my sunny-side-up eggs as runny as possible - there is nothing better than sopping up all the yolk with your buttered, rye toast.

My hubby is the same as you lol. Loves dipping his toast in a runny yolk. When i make an egg for him, he always says ' leave the yolk runny!' but i just can't, i end up making it over medium. lol poor guy.
