Default Alpine, Dinarid, Turanid are not phenotypes because

Alpine is infantilisation of any phenotype.
Dinarid is dinarisation of any phenotype.
Turanid is East Asian influence of any Caucasoid phenotype.

Alpine is a mixture between Med and Cro Magnid but tends towards round headedness, Lappid is the unmixed Alpine type with very little Med influence, Dinarid is a Med with Alpine influence, Turanid is more of a Mongol Med mixed type i think.

Nope, Turanid strain was stabilized through long span of Central Asian ancestral cultures. Maybe they look very similar sometimes but for me its easy to see differences in Turanids and recently mixed people.
