Default Who have more Polish ancestry, Germans or Lithuanians?

Both have a long history of interacting with Poles and both want to keep their blood pure from Slavic admixture.

Pure nonsense regarding Germans. Lmao. Eastern Germans originate from German settlers and Wendish tribes.

Germans because they assimilated & mixed with a lot of Polish peoples.

Even Angela Merkel has some Polish ancestors and from my region/city.

Lithuanians also have some, but most likely less.

Germans rarely have Polish ancestry unless it's a very recent one. East Germans though do have a lot of Slavic ancestry from Medieval times but those were Wendish tribes albeit closely related to Poles, some of them even were speaking Lechitic language like Polabians so a subgroup of West Slavic, like Polish and Kashubian.
