wow my village is in the red belt of a hotspot.

also, surname is mentioned few centuries ago first in a hotspot region in Russia, but it must be coincidence, I don't count on such long time continuous paternal/surname continuity, as along the way statistically must interfere a point of infidelity or discontinued blood paternal line.

also, I wonder if this hg line is recently Jewish, some Canadian member was saying that. looking at Belarus and West Ukraine as hotspots

There is lots in US, Australia, NZ and I'm sure Canada as well. Map just shows this though. It shows diaspora in South Africa but there are far larger amounts in places like US and Australia.

I wrote "R-BY27340" but the site changed it for "R-Y45355", that´s ok, because it´s the same, but in the heatmap it´s just me but placed in my great-grandparent city of origin, as in FTDNA.



But if I zoom the map, a "hidden" German sample appears, with the same subclade a sample that was not visible in the previous view.

Database has been updated, many subclades were not included, but yes, the site was already well known.
