Why do rather average looking people get compliments on their looks?

Couldn't be further from the truth. I don't like it at all. I don't think he's good looking. Most men are ugly , IMO.

I have bigger eyes than he does , objectively my eyes are better. His hair is better. But my eyes are more even looking than his. My eyes are actually my best feature.

So the first thing that comes to your mind when watching a Christian related channel isn't anything to do with Christianity but the good brothers physically appearance? You should seek religious counselling immediately because your perversions are out of control and they are affecting your outlook to a sinister level. Yes, even I as a gay agnostic when I want to hear the views of a religious figure, I want to know about their beliefs and theology, not sit there wanking off thinking "cor, isn't he fit!"
