There are some indications of internal power struggles between FSB and Rosgvardia. Last week FSO entered FSB headquarters and arrested head of foreign relations Sergey Beseda and his second in command Anatoli Boljuhin. As a counter to this, last Thursday, FSB arrested Deputy Chief of Rosgvardia, General Roman Gavrilov.
