Well, since the other thread is so popular, here is a second one to keep things interesting, and, to keep things snappy!

This one will be probably hard. I will give clues as needed, but not at first.

What is this place, and where is it?

Well I know that! But the building looks orthodox to me. And the terrain looked flat, so I wondered if it wasn't technically Russia, but near there! I guess that I need to study up on my church architectural history huh?
