Age of Empires Anyone ?

Is my favorite game play it ever since 9 years old all the way to present time, really a good melancholic feeling when I started playing it again.

Has/ or Does anyone ever heard/ played this great (RTS) game series?

I found AoE III to be rubbish. I really miss the first two titles though... There's even a meme based on it:

Yes gotta admit there where few glitches on AOE, but overall great game the III wasn't as good and would never see it suceed as the 1st and 2nd

Mines to and the only one I'll continue playing for a long time. The only feature I hated about AOE I where no gated walls, totally naked for incoming enemies that could destroy the heart of your Empire, I had to build sort a human barrier ughh ^^.

oh yeah, and my style of playing... which is some 150 caravans dragging in 120 gold/trade. Meanwhile all the 40 workers are busy raising 20 wonders, 80 castles and 400 towers.

10 actual soldiers.


Yes, fighting handled by mazes of castles supported by towers.
And a knight to handle those damn trebuchets.

Lots of walls too.


..Much too bothersome to have to deal with attacks yourself..
