Depends on my mood. Sometimes it means total isolation from the world, sleeping and watching TV. Other times reaching out to old friends, party time with them.

What it does is very good.
First of all to have a diagnosis from a professional, depression for example is an issue that has been obviated, minimized, neglected and undiagnosed in many people who start a long path of search even with risks and dangers because they did not know they had chronic depression, so go to a professional to get a diagnosis and then you can already take action without making a mistake or go down fruitless paths wasting many years.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Tbh, Im not better. I have this anger that can be uncontrollable because of how I grew up in a violent areas, particularly South London and my father has a quite temper so watching him from my junior all the way through... When I grew up and trying to figure out how to control my temper because it affect my feeling (become more depressed, devastated and guilty) and the people around me, this is why I had so many therapies. Now I'm being adult, it comes a lot with more challenge because being adult, I'm supposed to control my anger and less stress. It's not easy, though.

Well I know you can’t change the environment you grew up in, but you can change how you react to it.
Emotions are normal, anger is normal, the difference is how much control you allow your emotions to take over.
I don’t have issues with anger myself, but I can give you advice from another males viewpoint.
My childrens father is probably the most cool-tempered man I’ve ever met and he grew up in a similar environment as you. He was able to find a way to release his anger in a healthy and proactive way by sparring at gyms, and taking kickboxing classes. If you can find a way to release that tension in a healthy and active way it will be better for you mentally, physically and emotionally.m
Therapy is good for confiding in someone and trusting them, but you need to take action yourself in finding a solution.
