Are real Serbs 2m and Blonde?

I was in rehab in 2007 a Croat said he knows some guys with my surname but they are apparently 2m and Blonde and look nothing like me

*My surname is plemic and that is of serb origin, so he tried to say I look nothing like the real serbs who i should be origin of... because im mixed....

Now where Im from Serbs are not 2m and Blonde, I dont know where those guys where from, maybe Bosnia, but most Bosnians are not 2m and Blonde either, maybe they are tall but not blonde

Do you think he exaggerated, or it is just coincidence that eventhough most serbs are not 2m and Blonde those guys he saw were?

Somehow I have the impression that Serbs do think of themselfes as those 2m Varangians and Nobility.... eventhough they are in real life dark
