How to find Gedmatch kits from specific regions?

So I've seen people post Gedmatch kits of random people from specific places all around the world, and sometimes the posters provide extra information about the kit owners (such as where their grandparents were born). Is there a way to look fro Gedmatch kits from specific areas and find information about them? I'd like to find Russian kits from specific cities, with the requirement being both parents born in that same city.

did you do a DNA test yourself?

you can check your matches/relatives on the company you tested with, some of them will have public family tree info, and then check if you have a match on gedmatch with the same name and surname.

also some people on gedmatch have a gedcom, you'll see it on your match list, you can open it and check their ancestry.
