Probably the DN proper, not so the adjacent municipalities (Santo Domingo's East, North and West, respectively).

Because Centtal Argentina in general is pretty white.

But BA is not the most, it’s very diverse nowadays.
Apart of that it depends which is the criteria to measure the whitness.
If you consider Mediterranean people the same as more northern shifted about whiteness so BA is very pred euro, but if you are like those nordicists of anthrotaeds it’s not because the basis of the most population is Italian, Spanish and Colonial.

All medium cities I suppose, large cities like Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia have more than that.
What's interesting is that in Britain's case, this notion that the bigger the city, the more immigrants/non-whites there are doesn't always work like that. As you can see from my lists above, lots of Yorkshire and Lancashire towns like Burnley, Nelson, Batley and Dewsbury have very large Pakistani populations, while some Southern towns like Watford, High Wycombe and Crawley have lots of Indians and to a lesser extent Caribbeans. Conversely, some big cities like Liverpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow are (relatively speaking) very White, although doubtless they have their 'ethnic enclaves' nowadays too.

I know, but I thought there are sizeable numbers of Mestizos too. However, aside from the Peruvians and Bolivians (who were Indo-Mestizo-cum-Amerindian usually) I didn't see many if any people who were Mestizo in a kind of Mexican/Colombian/Venezuelan sense.

So Santo Domingo has a faint Mulatto/Pardo majority then? And what is the matter with the adjacent municipalities?

Of course I consider Southern Europeans to be White. And even many of the partly Amerindian-admixed Argentines can look pretty White as well.

They are mostly lower class, and lack representation from the other areas of the country (as in, economic migrants from the East, North and South). Many of them even go to work on the DN.

Oh, well, there are mestizos and in some neightbourhoods, there are a high number of them.
I am sorry, that comment was a nonsense, I wrote a stupidity and unfortunately I clicked in the send botton before I tried to improve it. I completed the idea after and sended it again.

So in Buenos Aires, what proportion of people would look similar to James Rodriguez or Chicharito? And would such individuals be mostly Argentines or immigrants from the rest of Latin America?
