So those other districts are disproportionately Black/Griffe, while DN itself is majority Pardo/Mulatto with a sizeable White (or rather, White-leaning) minority?

Like James probably a 30%, but like Chicharito who look castizo to me, A LOT…
Apart of that castizos and criollos are always together so all the people would think Chicharito would be “porteńo” without any doubt if he wouldn’t be a famous personality of course.

Are most Mestizos of the James variety villeros then? Or are there reasonable numbers in the middle and upper-class parts of Buenos Aires too?

James doesn’t give me the vibe of Villero at all.
He can be seen as medium class harnizo without any problem.
Chicharito pass in the whole segments of the population.

On the other hand, I suppose someone like Nairo Quintana, who is in the darkest 15-20% of the (non-Afro) Colombian population, would be mistaken for Peruvian/Bolivian/villero, wouldn't he?

Isn't Lima less Amerindian and more of, well, everything else than the average?

Here is what people from Boyaca look like, which is where most of my Colombian family originate and the same region where Quintana comes from:
