Why did Serbia vote against Russia in the UN??

I see Serbia was among the nations who voted to have Russia expelled from the UN Human Rights Council.

This is fairly shocking. China voted against it, as did all the Central Asian countries, and traditional allies of Russia. Others like India, South Africa etc abstained. Couldn't Serbia at least have abstained from this vote?
