This depends how you define liberalism. Some years ago it was published that Czechs are the most racist people in EU.

Czechia is more liberal towards LGBT and in other sexuality-related issues.
I pick Czechia (obviously, I already live here). I also think that native Swedes are nice people. Even too nice, based on their immigration policy.

I mean economy (taxes), and democratic system.
Its not conspiracy theory, the problem is you guys from Brazil or West have no any experience with communism, your family never lived in communist country, you have no idea what is it, and what are the signs. It is the Cultural Marxism conspiracy theory.

Corruption is rampant around here.
Babiš rules it and every prosecutor's charge in his shady bussiness was reatracted. Kauza Čapí hnízdo, for one example.
For one to have so much power, this is no longer democracy. Zeman can barely stand on his feet, let alone write something. But the alternatives don't look much better either. We have a bunch of hippies that read about economy from Marx, and manipulators that would make House of Cards look benign.. and outright nazis. Babiš once stated that he is gonna lead a state like a company. But a state isn't a company.

He is a thief, a populist and a member of an organized criminal organization for that matter. If he wasn't a prime minister, he'd be in a jail already. Him and his closest pals like Faltýnek are responsible for unfair competition, but no prosecutor can touch any of them. I actually agree with your second point, but what this syndicate is doing is in a direct contradiction with that principle. When a certain company is chosen to do a certain project, it should be done objectively, without any influence of bribes and acquaintances. And ANO is guilty of that.

I visited Prague years ago but not Sweden, so I can't be impartial.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

Preference will hugely be different because these two countries are very different from each other. If you like a more technologically advanced country that is similar to north America then Sweden. If you like old fashioned types of living and hate north american culture and media, then czech republic. On paper, Sweden would have far more checkmarks but some people don't care about those. Its all about preference.

Believe it or not, hon, but there is still honesty and honor in this world. Not everyone who gets wealth and power becomes a corrupt piece of crap.
When you're a politician, you have to think long-term and care about your people and not only yourself. I like Putin, dislike Babiš and never heard about the others (though Tony Montana is a fictional character, maybe based on someone).
Is this a realistic goal? I think so. Maybe I'm too optimistic, as I refuse to believe we are all animals willing to opress ourselves.
