This is going to sound totally controversial

I have NEVER experienced racism from a white (European) person. In fact, they are the least racist out of every single group I have encountered. I believe racism from them was a serious issue years ago but the WASPs and Nordics were even horrible towards other "whites" such as Italians. When a white person is racist, it is seen as something laughable and predictable and yet they are scrutinized over it.
I have, however, experienced horrid racism from BLACKS (they would scream slurs at me and other ethnics and they commit the most hate crimes) and "brown" (Pakistani, Afghan, Gulf Arab, Indian, Bengali people who were all darker and more ethnic-looking than me) people. I know a really dark Subsaharan guy and he told me himself that "divide and conquer" race politics is far from true since whites are not the most racist... anyone can be racist, but from personal experience the most racist are "non-white" themselves. The media in many ways brainwashes you into believing that whites are the sole racists and blacks are always the victims. That exact media is the reason why I have tense interactions with my friends who are "whiter" than me since racism is something that you now subconsciously associate with whites and it seemed "instinctual" to align with BLM all courtesy of the media.
There are these violent black gangsters who broke and entered into a white woman's house, raped her, and robbed her one town over. The prosecutors did not want to seem too "racist" so their sentencing was really lenient. A lot of women (non-black themselves) are frequently raped by black gangsters. Those males would often threaten other students with violence in school. Schools in my previous town now have police patrol from those students. There has been an influx of gangsters moving into the suburbs (thankfully my parents left) and more schools have policing now...

I do not believe the issue is ever the race. It is the culture annexed to the race, and gangster culture is one nasty and vulgar piece of turd...
