Unfortunately for your idea Jesus may have been "white" it just depends on how you define "whiteness".Ppersonally, I would consider Jesus white, although he was a few shades darker than me. His hair would've been dark brown, brown eyes, definitely european type hair. But there's no way he would've looked like a German type of people. Wasn't as "black as the Egyptians. But all of it doesn't really matter. Quite a few european countries and USA are made up of people's from the 11 tribes of Israel. Manasseh, Ephraim,etc.. Jesus was clearly from Judah, and Judah was undoubtedly made up of only 2 of the 13 tribes of Israel. So even though Jesus was definitely similar to many people that would be white from an Americans POV, he definitely was not your basic white boy. But saxons, and other white type peoples are definitely a majority of the 10 tribes(turned 11) that were basically chased out of Israel. These tribes left israel and settled in said european countries, lost identities with God and 200 years later had little to no recollection of their relationship to Abraham or God.

Where'd you get that the evicence for that wild assumption? Probably Japeth was some wasian if Japeth is the ancestor of Europeans because Europeans are mostly R, and R is descended from K, and so are most east asians. They probably all looked as racially ambiguous as the Ust-Ishim man considering paternal haplogroups who you wouldn't think have anything to do with each other are related. R is way closer to Q than I (the only indigenous/wholly European male haplo), and R is still closer to K than I.
