Gulf countries indeed, but regarding Hong Kong, I don't think their population is drastically different than the rest of China ethnically speaking?

There are pockets of both Hong Kong and Singapore with large South Asian and/or European populations. Oh, and even Guangzhou has a Black African enclave now, charmingly titled Chocolate City.
