Wasn’t it technically a colony of Spain sold to the Americans kinda like Cuba ? Only difference is they send a couple of Mexicans Sounders there at one point in history to fight against the indigenous people there. Sounds like a lost chapter in Mexican history

Yes. He looks Mexican in the way he fights.
In Ancient Mexico, Mesoamerica/Anawak, a philosophical, scientific and spiritual proposal was developed aiming to explain who we are, how we came to exist and what is our purpose in life. Its name in nawatl is Toltekayotl, "Toltequity"; translated as "the art of living".

Most LATAM people who consider themselves whites outside of Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Cuba are actually some degree of Mestizo/Harnizo/Castizo (continental Hispanic America) or Terceroon/Quadroon (Hispanic Caribbean). In Argentina very few people think in racial terms though.

Philippines was never under Mexican rule. After the Mexican independence, Philippines became ruled directly under Spain. Thats why when America acquired the Philippines, it was from the Spanish-American war not the Mexican-American war

the population of the Philippines was less than 10 mil during world war 2 during colonial times, today is 100 million. the mestizo elite married the locals & under 3 generations their descendants are more Austronesian.
