Default Where Khazars really Slavs and Irano afghans? How did they end up speaking a Turkic language

to my knowledge Turkic languages originated among Mongoloid people in Xinjiang and mongolia. Then moved westward but the Khazar Khaganate existed BEFORE the Mongols took over north central asia and left their genetics their and BEFORE Mongols expanded their turkic languages west ward.


Slavic people aka Baltodic subrace didn´t it originate and come from north caucasus and migrate to the urals and to develop in the volga region and went north to finland and then westward ?

But didn´t the slavic race originate from the same area then went to the urals, north and to the baltics? Irano afghans originated in Iran as I understand.
