I had it in February this year.
For me it wasnt too bad just 1 day had some temperature which subsided fairly quikly
after taking some paracetamol and resting.
Otherwise I worked from home while having it.
The day i tested positive I went out and mowed my lawn and did house chores.
Day 2 for me was a bit impacting with some fever and fatigue the rest of it was like a cold or mild to moderate flu.

How do you know it's COVID?

I have no idea whether I've had it in the last 2.5 years. Had a bit of flu a year ago before vaccination, but it was nothing horrendous; actually kind of pleasant as flu's go, made me zonked.

i tested positive twice on the lateral flow test...it's 100% covid

I also had COVID and was totally asymptomatic. I went to test for completely different reason and was surprised when the result was positive.

I don´t have COVID vaccination.

Sometimes it seems that vaccinated people get more severe symptoms on average (at least in Europe and USA). When I read some data from US states half year ago, some states had higher mortality in vaccinated COVID patients than unvaccinated!
