Specially since many of those unwanted babies that aren't aborted end up falling through the cracks and becoming criminals, and more often than not, slain in shootouts with the police, so one could say that giving them a chance at life is only delaying the inevitable.

Is worse for those unwanted babies that somebody removes from them even the chance to live (if they were going to be born at least healthy and normal). If they become criminals or not would be in great part the result of their own decisions in life, but if they are aborted, they are stripped of everything.

Abortion is murder but it is a necessary evil for the betterment of society. Definately horrible for a victim of rape to have to carry a baby.

I would not choose abortion myself but many women get pregnant and aren't really in a situation to raise a child properly. Will this also bring back backyard abortions?

Abortion impacts African Americans at a higher rate than any other population group. In 2011, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released an Abortion Surveillance Report. According to that report, black women make up 14 percent of the childbearing population. Yet, 36 percent of all abortions were obtained by black women. At a ratio of 474 abortions per 1,000 live births, black women have the highest ratio of any group in the country.

When you use those percentages, it indicates that of the over 44 million abortions since the 1973 Roe vs Wade Supreme Court ruling, 19 million black babies were aborted. African Americans are just under 13 percent of United States population.
