Maybe I do and I think with aging you get them, and not only indians. Or if you are sick. Crazyladybutterfly has dark circles under her eyes sometimes she looks sick and tired, but she is italian.

Yeah I've seen sick Whites have them, but you have them? You cover them with makeup?

I dont use make up, I meant maybe sometimes I have them more or less maybe if im sleep deprived, or it is just a blemish on my face, and not under the eyes, but sometimes i have dark blemishes, I think or will have them later in life. I dont use make up though.
