These are the results of some Turkish samples on a Azadmard's Turkish Calculator on Genoplot:

I'm seeing Turkic percentages in these samples ranging between 20.6% - 34.2% with the rest being Anatolian related ancestry. Two of the samples have 10% and 11.8% Iranian related ancestry which could also come from Turkic migrations.
Compare these results to a Turkmen from Turkmenistan: Anatolia IA: 4.8%; Iranian IA: 28.2%; Hurro-Urartian: 5.4%; Turkic MA: 61.6%;
and an Iranian Turkmen: Iranian IA: 33.2%; Hurro-Urartian: 12.8%; Turkic MA: 54%;
and a Greek from Cappadocia: Anatolia IA: 69.8%; Iranian IA: 22.2%; Hurro-Urartian: 8%;
When we consider that Turkic groups also carry an Iranian-like component could we guess that the DNA brought to Anatolia during the Middle Ages could be more like 40-50%?
