Russophobic and Russophile countries in Europe

Can someone explain a bit this word Russaophobic? How it should be seen? Internal meanings, what kind of associations it will/should give, hided meanings etc.?

I'm asking this as some Russians uses that against other ethnics. So will that mean that some ethnics are unfairly/wrongly someway ''phobic'' against Russia or opposite (rightfully phobic)?

It means someone who hates Russians, or the concept, nothing more, nothing less. Unrightfully or otherwise. Not that I'm giving them a free pass for anything bad they've done to us. But I am and always be grateful for the liberation of Czechia and their military support in the sad Civil War in Spain.

As if it is the first one, then I hate the whole term and it should not be used to describe any ethnics in Europe! If it means that they rightfully feels so then it is ok term. So this is very import to know!

It has been Russia which has created those negative feelings (responsible of them), not anybody else ... least those smaller ethnics alone. So ''phobic ethnics'' should not be put into position that they are someway guilty for their feelings. Or that they should not have those negative feelings.

A phobia is an irrational fear. That's why leftists, gays, muslims etc use it as an attack word against anyone critical of their sacred cows: homophobic, transphobic, islamophobic. It's being used in the same way against anyone critical of Russia. Just a weaselly way to speak. Anti-Russian is the neutral, all-encompassing term.

When someone calls you Russophobic they're saying that your criticism of Russia is groundless, and there's something wrong with you. But I suppose you already gleaned that.

Finnish (aswell as Estonian and Hungarian) sounds more alien to Swedish than any Slavic language.

She manages to be a Swedish Nordicist and a Finnish Mongolicist at the same time.

It encompasses hatred aswell if you go by the dictionary definitions, but we're talking about irrelevant technicality. The word sounds kinda SJW-ish in this current context of those examples, but you can find the analogies for pretty much every group there is, anyway.
