It means someone who hates Russians, or the concept, nothing more, nothing less. Unrightfully or otherwise. Not that I'm giving them a free pass for anything bad they've done to us. But I am and always be grateful for the liberation of Czechia and their military support in the sad Civil War in Spain.
Silly girl, we all know about your animosity towards Russia. But your feelings do not change the semantics,As if it is the first one, then I hate the whole term and it should not be used to describe any ethnics in Europe! If it means that they rightfully feels so then it is ok term. So this is very import to know!
You think that's the only way for that to happen, hun? Ever heard of propaganda? I did. Last few months more than ever. People are generally gullible and will believe what media is feeding them.It has been Russia which has created those negative feelings (responsible of them), not anybody else ... least those smaller ethnics alone. So ''phobic ethnics'' should not be put into position that they are someway guilty for their feelings. Or that they should not have those negative feelings.
