Russophobic and Russophile countries in Europe

- Armenia is Russophil.
- Cyprus is Russophil.
- Syria is Russophil.
- Bulgaria is Russophil or at least neutral.
- I'd guess Macedonias neutral, however not somewhat Russophobe.
- Kaliningrad oblast is not Russophobe.
- Sweden is at least somewhat Russophobe if not Russophobe (proper).
- Before this war it's hard to assess the Ukraine. And they have been basically Russophil till 2014. Should the Ukraine, i. e. the people in sum, today be summarized as really Russophobe, including Crimea, Donestsk and Lugansk? I'm not sure.

Armenia is the most hypocrite country in the world if you ask me. They show that they are Russophile while they are actually the most Russophobe people. They will be Russophile and anything else only in their interests and own benefits. Syria is half Russophil and half Russophobe.

WHat I have seen is that the principled left and right are more russophile and opposed sanctions and arms delivery.

While all the mainstream NPCs and their parties are pro Ukraine.

Yeah because everyone thinks the country=government, I despise the actions of Kremlin but to ordinary people I am neutral not because "brps slavs bla bla" bullshit but because in each ethnicity you will find good and bad ones so I stopped judging whole nation basing on actions of governments.

It's just sad seeing how "based conservative Russians" get so easily affected by news, everything they say in Russian tv is good holy truth

Serbia (obviously), Greece (a bit), Bulgaria (more than you think)

Slovakia and Slovenia too. Hungary seems neutral.

Of course people opinion and government policies are not always equal.

Albania should be a solid red, but it's too far away and small to be noticeable.

It's small thanks to Slavs/Serbs who occupied like half of the country (Kosovo, Macedonia, Southern Montenegro) after an Albanian revolt (In Kosovo and Macedonia) against the Ottoman Empire

And Russia actively supported Serbia and was in favour of it gaining access to Albania's coast. Also Bulgaria occupied Kosovo after 1912 for a short period.

Italy and Austria supported Kosovo as part of Albania. Skopje had like 70% Albanian population before Serb invasion of Macedonia during Balkan Wars, also Manastir, Bitola etc had large Vlach and Albanian population, many were driven out or massacred. Many of these Albanians had earlier been expelled by the
Serbs out of Nish and Leskovac.

I know, but most of Albo members on TA are/were very Slavophobic. I wonder is that mainstream opinion among Albanians or not.

You see there is this stigma about Slavs, but this more of a synonym for the Serbs.
Most of Kosovo Albanians never meet any Slovaks, Poles, Bulgarians etc so their opinion about them would be rather neutral.
They just hate Serbs and dislike Russia for supporting them. But what is funny that Albanians have some minor symphathies for Russian people, surprisingly because of videos and movies. (Doing stupid things in videos, machism behaviour, tough guys etc).

TA is not the best representation of any country, as I said the term Slavs is mostly used to call Serbs, or they call word škije.
