I was wondering if it's just me? I usually go into local markets where they have soups and sandwiches and and (some times) fast food joints. In my neck of the woods, it's a mostly Negro staff . White people only work in the suburbs. When I order a chicken sandwich or something from Subway, I notice that the food just tastes a little better in the places where it's mostly the Negroes cooking, but in the whiter places, it just doesn't usually taste as good. How do you notice white people making food vs Negro? Maybe it's because my mother's Mammy would cook for me when I was little and it brings back some sort of nostalgia. I think the Negroes often do a better job. It's kind of like it's their calling.
