For example, would a woman fondling a man's (usually but not necessarily muscular) arms or chest be seen as sexual harassment in the same way that a man fondling a woman's breasts clearly would be? For that matter, would a female boss complementing a male worker for his looks or body be seen as harassment and inappropriate conduct in the same way the reverse scenario nowadays very much is?
