I have highlighted the minority of such constituencies found in the South of England (including London itself) to show the substantial divide that exists between there and everywhere else when it comes to education (and also income and social class). Also of note is that some of these constituencies are very White, such as those found in South Wales, Merseyside and Northeast England, while others are very multiracial, such as those found in London and the Midlands cities.
