I was just curious. But I'd assume that like the dude I posted earlier some western europeans could maybe move to open their own business. If you already got money places like Romania could be attractive to invest. And what do you mean when you say you import Asian workforce? Are you talking about chinese?

Yes, for someone with money to invest or for a company, it could be a good place, depending on the object of activity. Employment costs and workspace rental are advantageous compared with other countries and many Romanians can speak English as well as other foreign languages. Some sectors which can attract foreign investors are in: IT industry, real estate, manufacturing, textile, tourism, education. However, I've heard there is a lot of bureaucracy involved in the process of starting a business, so some support from an agent is needed. And one has to have a good grasp of the legislation, which can change frequently. The corporate tax rate is 16% (one of the lowest corporate income tax rates in Europe). The individual tax rate is 10% Some smaller companies, i.e. microenterprises, pay smaller taxes. A tax rate of 1% is paid if the company has just one full-time employee, with a contract agreement for unlimited period or for at least 12 months. If the company has no employees, the tax rate is 3% of the annual turnover.
Not gonna lie, Andrew Tate (the guy you posted) found a lucrative business
. But if he's involved in abductions and such, we don't need people like him in here.

Well, around 100.000 foreign workers are expected to arrive this year. They are going to come mainly from: Nepal, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam. Have not heard about Chinese.

It's getting better but we like to complain. Some roadway projects are moving but not fast enough. It could be a good place to live for western expat if they have money saved and don't depend on our wage which has gone up a bit the last few years.

My favorite larger cities are Oradea where I live, Cluj, Brasov, Sibiu, Timisora, Sighisoara, Iasi, and Bucharest. Those are best for the outsider.

So many. My favorite villages are in the north like Bukovina and Maramures area. Some other nice old German ones in more south Transylvania but most Germans are now gone. Only problem is more poverty in the rural area than cities here.
