Mental illnesses are one more illness, although very hard to bear both personally and those close to you, but there is nothing to be ashamed of. If the degree of your illness makes you suffer, there are treatments that will alleviate that suffering.

They are much more common than most people believe, many people simply continue to consider this type of disease as a stigma that must be avoided to be known.

I don't like the label like "paranoid schizophrenia" etc, it's better to just describe the symptoms of each episode.

Since you're certifiably mentally ill are there posters here you feel should be also and which? Obviously, you're not certified to judge someone's mental health but I'm curious to see from your perspective.

There would be people who wrote too much. this is madness. For example, it could be a mortimer. but he's a fun guy I like him.
