Higher intelligence= smaller penis size?

I was thinking that the Orientals have the smallest penis , followed by Jews and then White men, then the Hispanics , and finally Negroes. Not that it is an exact science, but there also seems to be a vague correlation with IQ based on those stats.

We can deduce that having a smaller penis means you are more likely to be highly Intelligent. What do y'all think?
