I have known people who has vastly improved, but it involved making a serious move to get help. That's why I think seeing a therapist would be great if he can afford it. He's got to learn to stop doing some of the things that really put people off, and that starts with recognizing them. He can improve his life, but he needs to admit he needs help. The church would be a good place to start.

What makes you think I'm a Narcissist? I'm very humble and lowly in every possible way. Perhaps I'm a wounded person because of trauma in my life. Mostly, I've been the target of bullies online and its only natural to practice self defense.

You exhibit negative traits associated with narcissism. Whether they are due to narcissism or something else doesn't change the fact that they are dislikable and offputting. Other High functioning autistics have been able to overcome them. You can choose to work on these traits or shrug "I am what I am" and nothing will change in your life. You will continue to come off as self-absorbed and unlikable.
