Classify Ian Raducanu

Best known as Father of Emma Raducanu, the Romanians and Nurzat on this forum said he is Roma. In some pictures he indeed looked Roma, but I now googled and saw other pictures and he didnt look Roma anymore. What is your opinion?

I was listening to gypsy music, and then I found a gypsy musician with the name raducanu. Raluca Raducanu. So it might be that Raducanu is a name common among gypsies.
