I'm not supportive of their mass emigration to European countries (including mine) anymore. Small number of them is fine, but nothing massive.
Croatia is for Croats. It doesn't matter they are white and Slavic, they are foreigners and quite a few (large minority still, but nevertheless) behave completely ungrateful.

Immigration is not the answer. We need to get our diaspora back and increase native birth rates.

And being white and Slavic won't make them non foreign. When the war is over, they should go back to their homeland Ukraine.

Yheyre another post-Soviet people in the end, dont expect much so dont get disappointed. By the way they will already get free movement & work permit after EU membership, better to get used to them early on. (:

Is it true that Croatia (also Serbia and Poland) are taking a hardlined approach to immigration? The stereotype here in the States is that the EU countries (except for Hungary) are just letting and wanting mass amounts of African and MENA immigrants, is there any truth to that?

Goodwill can only last so long. Eventually, people worry about the economic strain on themselves. It's a very sad situation. I do feel for the Ukrainian people and can't wait for this conflict to end. Rebuilding Ukraine when the war is over will be a mess because of the massive corruption that exists there, unfortunately.

They already have free movement inside EU and all rights of native people (called temporarily protection). But Ukraine isn't getting into EU anytime soon.

Sadly for you guys, they're probably gonna bring in tons of African and South Asian immigrants for you guys. It seems to be the state of Europe rn (thanks to the West), or it's gonna be a lot of White American guys looking for brides or trying to escape leftism, and the serious feminism epidemic we have here.
