    Let us break it down. Would any traditional fascist regime support:

    - Privatised utilities.
    - Privatised railways, buses, airports and airlines.
    - Low or no tariffs on several goods.
    - Trade unions not regularly engaging in collective bargaining or wage-setting.

    Yeah, that's part of why I was never entirely comfortable with the Republican Party here even though I'll always vote for them over modern Democrats.

    Yeah iirc, you have advocated for e.g. nationalising oil, coal and utilities, which for most American right-wingers (and even increasingly lots of European ones) would be VERY taboo.
