Did maternal ancestors of Indigenous Americans look like modern day Siberians?

I have mtDNA C1b2. Does this maternal haplogroup come from Siberians I notice they are the only people other than Indigenous Americans that have it.

I always get some Siberian on a lot of these admixture calculators as well.

Yeah I received SSA from both parents but I think most come from my dad's mom she was Dominican very highly African because Spaniards mixed with everyone everywhere they went...I knew I have lot of it because my dad phenotype and his mom but even if I am 1/4 SSA genetically it's not noticeable I don't end up have any typical African facial feature I have thin lips straight nose and my skin can be pretty light not brown at all even if my dad is very dark but African is definitely there in Latin America also have half northern euro cousin from paternal side with blue eyes and she has northern euro looking blonde kids they don't look mulatto nor does she so I really don't think it's noticeable even if you have 10-15 percent SSA? People think I am "white" more than anything. I think we need to understand better that genetic admixture doesn't exactly equal phenotype. That's why Ive taken interest in all this.

Ive seen lot of African Americans have 25 percent northern euro as well and still look very African.

I probably look more southern euro or from Caucasus or middle east more than anything. I don't look African.Far from it.
Mexican can have similar look and they are mostly half Iberian + indigenous + small amounts of African sometime.

But Latin America did import far more African slaves than United States and African ancestry is all over it. Caribbean area can probably be most mixed area on the planet. Iberian + African + indigenous. Spaniard like to have sex with everyone and that's why 600+ million mixed race Latin Americans exist.
